Rebecca Rico, M.S.W., C.S.W.

Primary Therapist

Rebecca graduated from New Mexico State University with a B.S. in Psychology in 2008.  She graduated from the University of Utah with a Master's of Social Work degree. Rebecca began working in the mental health field in 2010. She has experience working with the adolescent population, addiction, anxiety disorders, depression, and couples therapy to name a few.  Rebecca holds the belief that each individual requires customized treatment base on their needs.  She has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Mind-Body-Bridging, Solution Focused Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing,  and Trauma-Focused CBT.

 Out of the office, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.  She enjoys painting, playing softball, and the great outdoors.  Her greatest passion is working with families.
